SEO For Beginners - How to Rank High In Google? - Part 1

An ever increasing number of individuals have a blog or are thinking of starting one.  Are you wondering what will increase blog traffic and what will make your website stand out?  Read on for some great tips in this article.  It’s in 3 parts.  Today we look at why blogging is important, creating quality content and defining your audience.  Come back for more tomorrow.  Let me know what you think with a comment below.

How to Increase SEO Blog Traffic by Making Your Website Stand Out – Part 1

In 2015, 28.3 million individuals updated a blog at least once every month. That number will rise to 31.7 million people by 2020.

If you have a blog or you’re thinking of starting a blog, you might be thinking about what makes some blogs so popular? How do you create unique content that sticks with your readers?
The key is to make your blog stand out. Want to know how? Keep reading to learn how to increase blog traffic.
Is Blogging Important?
Is blogging necessary? With 95% of blogs abandoned and the market appearing saturated thanks to blogging behemoths such as Medium, you might be wondering if your website even needs a blog.

Yes, your business does need a blog. In fact, businesses who focus on blogging can get a 13X increase in ROI.

What’s more, blogging can net you more leads. Companies that have 401-1,000 pages of content can get an increase of leads by six times. This is compared to businesses that have 51-100 pages of content.
More content results in more subscribers and form submissions which can get you more leads.

Another major benefit of blogging includes higher search engine traffic. With over 40,000 searches done every second on Google, you want to leverage this market.
Other benefits of blogging include:
·        Helps you become a leader in your industry
·        Helps you create inbound links
·        Personalizes your brand
·        Want to learn how to create a blog that achieves all of this? Let’s get started.
Create Quality Content
The top way to increase blog traffic is to create quality, relevant content. You have to find the right topics that speak to your audience and answers their questions or teaches them something new.
How do you find the right topics to write about? You do research.
Define Your Audience
In order to know what topics to write about, you have to define your audience first. If you choose blog topics before understanding your audience, you may end up writing articles that your readers won’t find useful.
For example, a bakery might blog about how to bake the perfect cupcake or how to make ganache chocolate frosting.
However, customers who buy from the bakery might have no interest in baking their own cupcakes. In fact, they buy from the bakery because they don’t have time to bake and they enjoy the bakery’s cupcakes.
In this case, the bakery is blogging about the topic of baking, but not necessarily catering to their target audience.
To find your target audience, you can start by taking a look at the products or services you sell. What are people looking for in your services? How will your products help them?
Next, choose your audience demographic. You can focus on the following demographics:
·        Age
·        Gender
·        Where they live
·        Income
·        If they’re married or single
·        Education
·        What they do for a living

As you answer each question, you can narrow down your audience and get a better idea of what to write about.
You can also conduct research by sending out surveys to your current blog readers. You can also search online and take a look at forums and discussions in your industry, such as on Reddit. Another tip is to look at competitors and see what kinds of topics they are writing about.

Bill Gates's Top 10 Rules For Success (@BillGates) - Part 2

How have you done your market research for your business? Would you use a telephone marketing company? Perhaps call your clients and customers and ask for their input?  Have you considered simply using email or online survey?  It may take a little more effort but this article covers reasons to consider and tips for using this approach.  The article is in three parts.  Welcome back to Part 2 with today’s 3 tips.  Come back for 4 more tomorrow.  Let me know how useful you find this article with a comment below.

Successful Surveys: 10 Tips for Better Results – Part 2
By: Kathy Gulrich

Why would you use an email or online survey when you could simply call your clients and customers and ask for their input?

Lots of reasons.

·         standardization
·         easy to get large numbers of responses
·         easy to tabulate, analyze
·         easy (and often fun) for your clients and customers
·         inexpensive
·         non-intrusive
·         time-efficient (for you, and for your clients and customers)
·         protect your customers' anonymity (if important)
·         professional
·         no "cold calls"
·         no answering machines!

And have you figured out how long it would take to have 100 fifteen-minute conversations instead? (I don't have to do the math to know that it's WAY too long!)

So in this article, I'm going to talk surveys. How to find them, how to do them, and how to make the most of your results. Here goes....

4 - Mix It Up

Most automated surveys allow for lots of different types of questions, including:

·         multiple choice
·         choose one or more from a list
·         fill in the blank(s)
·         rate on a 1-5 (or similar) scale
·         open-ended questions with a fill-in text box

Try to mix up your question format to keep it interesting. Lots of essay-type questions often seem "too hard" for respondents. Conversely, all multiple choice questions can get a bit boring.

5 - Get it Out There

Sometimes you'll want to limit your survey to a particular group: your clients, people who have bought your book or participated in a particular teleclass, your newsletter subscribers, etc.

Often, you'll be looking for responses from a much broader audience, say, self-employed individuals over 50, or all coaches in North America. In this case, you may want to email the survey link to your list, and ask recipients to forward the survey to anyone they know who fits your category. (You'll want to give them a compelling reason to do so!)

6 - Make Course Corrections

One of the great things about most surveys (Survey Monkey is a great example) is that you can pop in and look at results as they come in.

Here's why that's important: If the answers you're getting don't answer your questions in the way you expected, you'll have the opportunity to revise your survey, on the spot. Revise a question ... replace it ... change the order ... integrate something you learned from a respondent ... add something you forgot.

Get in there, see what's happening, and make course corrections if necessary.

How to Make $11,600 a Month Online w/ Web Tools (Lazy Affiliate Approved!) - Part 1

How To Be A Cash-Rocketing Super Affiliate – Part 1
By: Seth Chong

Have you heard of the term "Super Affiliate" else where? Actually, we bet you already know what it is: Super Affiliates are greater affiliates. If you don't know what affiliate marketing is, it's an interesting job selling other people's products and earn commissions for yourself.

The Internet has been growing so wide and large in a short period of time, and there have been millions and millions of people trying to jump on the Internet billion-dollar market. People are starting to sort their way of beginning an online business.

Yet, it's a really tough job to accomplish if you're just a beginner. There are a lot to digest, but it certainly doesn't mean that you can't succeed with it. In fact, it is very easy.

Earning big money on the Internet is entirely possible. Here are just a few examples of successful affiliates and affiliate programs:

·         Cashring - Top affiliate earns $5,000/month
·         FriendFinder - Pays out more than $1,000,000 in commissions to its affiliates every month.
·         Matt Haller - NPC newsletter subscriber earns $10,000/month with a hip-hop affiliate site.
·         Deborah Casey - Student of the 'Super Affiliate Handbook' by Rosalind Gardner who earns $15,000 every month.
·         Jim Cockrum - Affiliate selling the 'Super Affiliate Handbook' made $1000 in ONE day!
·         Rosalind Gardner - She regularly earns $50,000+/month just from her affiliate marketing efforts!
·         Ewen Chia - An affiliate marketer who also regularly earns more than $10,000 every month.
Now you will probably think, how can I be like them, and what should I do? The answer: meet the basic requirements for a Super Affiliate: domain name, hosting, website, and sign up for the appropriate affiliate programs.

Basically affiliate marketing is as easy as 1 - 2 - 3:
1. You join the affiliate program and place links on your site or in your newsletter.
2. Your visitor clicks that link and buys a product, service or fills out a form.
3. You earn a commission for sales or leads generated through your links.

And without a website, you can hardly sell them at all, unless you really plan on printing out flyers and distributing them to the neighborhood.

How do Super Affiliates earn a steady income and grow bigger and bigger every month? It mentions one of the most important factor, Opt-In List.

If you are going to learn one thing from this, remember that the fastest way of making money with affiliate marketing is through your own list of subscribers! If you have started building your own opt-in list, great. If not, you need to start now.

To have an opt-in list, you will need to register for an auto-responder account. The better auto-responders are Aweber and GetResponse. You will be provided with the script that can be easily copy-pasted on your web page to have an opt-in form so that people can subscribe to your list. There are so many things you can do once you have an opt-in list, some of them:

Follow-up on your affiliate sales:
You can set your auto-responder to send a newsletter/e-zine every few days to provide your subscribers with useful information, of course, integrate your affiliate link for a certain product whenever you can on the right time.

How to Build an Email List Fast and for Free — 5 List Building Tips

The secret to an online business is to have a big list.  You might think this is the holy grail to would be entrepreneurs.  So how can you build a big list? Here’s a great secret strategy for doing so fast.

Did You Ever Wonder How the Big Boys in Internet Marketing Build Lists Fast?
By: Ryan Blake

I'm pretty you know by now that building a list of subscribers is one of the MOST important parts of your online business if you want to make any real money.

If you don't know that, let me remind you that the MONEY is in your LIST that's why your credibility and relationship with your subscribers is vital.

I'm not going to explain why and so on, because I don't want to lose focus. What I want to share with you is one of the best list-building strategies I've personally used and it build me over 1500 targeted subscribers in less than 1 week!

If you want to build a list quickly with targeted and responsive subscribers, I strongly urge you to use the co-registration joint-venture list building strategy.

Damn now that's a long name for a strategy!

Here's a great example of a co-registration joint venture which takes up a bit of time and effort but is really worth it in the end - you could set-up a free giveaway site. A bunch of people get together to offer their best products to everyone's subscribers - all they need to do is fill out a form to get them.

I know it works because I've done it with one of my previous campaigns.

Here are the details on how I did it so that you can copy it in whatever niche market you are involved in:

1. Contact 10 Joint Venture partners or any number of partners you want to have. The more JV partners you have, the more subscribers you'll gain but you risk getting less targeted subscribers.

Here's why:

If a subscriber subscribes to 10 lists, it's a very high possibility that he (or she) will unsubscribe because of too many subscriptions. But if you have 5 JV partners, he'll be receiving emails from 5 people only. The only problem here is that you'll only have 5 people to promote the promotion for you.

2. When you contacted your potential JV partners, you MUST state very clearly:

i. What are the benefits that they can expect. Can they make money? Can their list grow?

ii. What they are expected to do. If you need them to email to their list, tell them so. Don't do it at the last minute.

iii. What do they need to offer to be in this promotion? Normally, each of the Jv partners will offer a product to entice the subscribers to subscribe to their mailing list.

3. Prepare all the necessary materials. These will include:

i. Creating the webpage where anyone who is interested in getting the products offered for free can subscribe to the contributor's (your JV partners) list.

ii. Programming script to make sure that it's working perfectly that each subscription will go to your JV partner.

iii. Email templates for your Jv partners to send to their subscribers.

iv. Email support for the new subscribers. Sometimes, they might face challenges like failing to subscribe or trouble with downloading the products. It's your responsibility to manage all of these.

4. Thanking your Jv partner. You'll probably agree with me that you managed to build a list quickly with targeted subscribers is because of the help you get from your Jv partners. Tell them how much you appreciated their help and if possible, offer an extra incentive to them. You can promote their products to the new list that you have built from this promotion to show your appreciation for your Jv partners contribution.

Now that you've got yourself a great targeted list of Subscribers the next step is to keep them coming back, for A loyal list will bring in the money in future.

To your success in the future.
Regards.
Ryan Blake.
