Break the Internet! How to Launch a Successful Digital Marketing Campaign for Your Law Firm – Part 2
Did you know that 15 percent of state surveys miss actual harm and jeopardy nursing home residents are facing?

When these cases come to light, these people need legal representation. If they don’t know about your law firm, they won’t be able to contact you. The ability for people to be able to find your business is why you need an effective digital marketing campaign.
In this article, we are going to talk about marketing a law practice and how you can use the internet to get in front of your target market.
Check the Mobile-friendliness of Your Site
Your website should be mobile-friendly. If your site shows the desktop version when people view it from their phones, you need to get that fixed as soon as possible. Websites that aren’t mobile-friendly don’t show up on top of the SERPs on mobile devices.
Not only will your website go to the bottom of the search engines if your website isn’t mobile friendly, but it also provides a very bad user experience. If your visitors notice your website doesn’t have a mobile version set up, they are unlikely to visit your site again.
Allow Clients to Book Appointments Online
Having a way to book an appointment online makes it easier for customers to access your services at their leisure. They might remember they want to book an appointment with you late at night out of office hours. If they can’t book an appointment online, they might forget again and never make it into the office.
There are many appointment setting programs you can integrate with your website so find one that works for you and get it set up.
Review Your Analytics
When you are using any online marketing strategies, you should always have an eye on your analytics. Analytics help you see where you are hitting the mark and where you are missing out.
If you notice one traffic source is performing better than another, you may decide to focus your efforts there. Being able to make data-driven decisions helps you confidently choose your path.
There are many ways to use data so make sure your tracking codes are set up to collect data properly.
Track Calls
When you have a call campaign in place, you have a call tracking number so you can see where your marketing is working. If you don’t have call tracking set up, you won’t know if your campaign is working or not.
Develop an Extensive Online Resource Library
Content marketing is an effective way to get in front of your ideal client. Content marketing is an inbound strategy that has proven itself time and again. The more helpful information you have on your website, the more opportunities people have to find your content and your brand.
When you are creating your online resource library, keep SEO in mind. Your library should be search engine optimized so as many people as possible can find your content.
Increase Your Knowledge of Content Marketing
Content marketing is an effective way to build your law practice and attract potential clients. Learn how to use content to market in your digital marketing campaign for your business by reading one of our popular articles on the subject.

Break the Internet! How to Launch a Successful Digital Marketing Campaign for Your Law Firm - Part 1

Launching a Successful Digital Marketing Campaign
As you are learning more about launching your firm’s campaign, your goal should be getting your firm in front of your ideal customer. While wide-reaching approach type marketing plans may be the norm, you don’t want normal. When you have a well-planned campaign, you will be able to pass your competition with smart law firm marketing ideas.

When you become a lawyer, you probably didn’t expect to need to learn digital marketing skills for your business. While you may not have gone to school for marketing, you’ll need to get good at it if you want to bring in a steady stream of clients.

Focus on UX (User Experience)
User experience should be the center of your marketing efforts. Your website should allow potential clients to find what they need easily.
Setting up your site’s navigation in a common sense way will make it easier for people to use the site. Keep visible options to a minimum so extra buttons don’t distract users from taking desired actions. Important call to actions should be positioned strategically.
Use YouTube to Get in Front of Potential Clients
Video marketing is a powerful way to get your message in front of your target market. When people watch your videos, it is easier for them to connect with your image than words on a page.
When you use video marketing, do keyword research to find terms you want to rank. You might want to rank for terms in your local area such as lawyer in your city or attorney in your city. Optimizing your videos for certain terms helps your videos show up in the right places.
Make Sure Your Website Is up to Speed
Most legal professionals haven’t checked their website’s speed performance. If your website loads slow, you are likely losing website traffic. Websites that take more than a few seconds to load don’t satisfy visitors’ need for instant gratification.
Downsizing images or using fewer images on a page helps reduce loading times. Remove complicated scripts and any elements you don’t need from your site. If you use the CMS WordPress, make sure you aren’t using any plugins that you don’t need.
Having too many plugins on your WordPress site can cause low performance. Other sites have similar problems with add-ons. Ask your provider how you can increase the speed of your website.
Use Video Testimonials on Your Site
People love reviews and testimonials from real people. Ask your satisfied clients to shoot a quick video sharing their experiences. Having video testimonials on your site will build your customer’s trust.
Having around three to five videos with client testimonials can make a big difference when people are in the comparison phase of the buyer’s journey.

Steve Jobs' amazing marketing strategy - MUST WATCH - Part 2

Want some great ideas on how to win at IT Marketing?  Read on.  This article is in 2 parts.  Welcome back for 2 more tips in part 2 today.  Leave a comment below to let me know what you think of this article.

In It to Win It: Here’s 5 Things That Every IT Marketing Company Should Know to Be Successful – Part 2
4. Re-Marketing is Non-Negotiable
The concept of re-marketing has quickly emerged as one of the most important marketing strategies of the moment.
In brief, re-marketing is the concept of re-connecting with leads that viewed your website and clicked through your services list, but for whatever reason, never set up an appointment or made a purchase.
By having ads for your IT marketing company show up in their social media feeds, you send a gentle “nudge” to your target market to complete their transaction or send you a message.
The best marketing technology companies understand that re-marketing is non-negotiable if they want to stay ahead of their competitors.
In fact, studies have found that a whopping 98% of consumers don’t end up buying anything at all the first time they visit your site. So, if you don’t take re-marketing opportunities, you’ll only make about two percent of the sales you could be.

Of course, we understand that you might have concerns about whether your leads could see re-targeting as “hounding” them, or even as an invasion of privacy.
The good news is that only around 11% of shoppers say they’re annoyed by re-targeting — meaning that most would prioritize getting a good deal.
In other words?
Re-targeting is definitely worth the (negligible) risk.
5. When in Doubt, Go Live
Over 90% of consumers say that watching a video about a product or service has helped them to decide whether or not they want to do business with a company.

But the truth is that, just as with location-based marketing, the world of video marketing has changed drastically since its inception.
This is partially because YouTube is now the second biggest search engine in the world, meaning that videos about technology marketing services need to be indexed for SEO.
However, the types of videos that people are the most likely to watch have also changed. In other words? That quick tutorial video or 15-second ad about your IT marketing firm is no longer enough.
Instead, we suggest that you embrace live videos and livestreaming.
This promotes an enormous sense of trust between yourself and your consumers, as it shows that you’re comfortable speaking off the cuff. Live video also allows your leads to get answers to their questions in real time and promotes direct interaction between your company and your target market.
This is an excellent way to make people who are on the fence about your IT company convert into customers. Plus, going live is an excellent brand-building strategy.
You can hype up your live video on your social media accounts, send out email reminders, and even have your employees wear branded clothing while they chat.
After the video is done, you can save it and optimize it for SEO. This way, even those that missed the livestream can watch it — and it’s not a “one-shot” marketing tactic for your IT firm.
Make Your IT Marketing a Success with These Tips
We hope that this post has inspired you to take your IT marketing company to the next level by understanding the best ways to connect with consumers.
Remember to embrace video marketing, offer as many different services as you can, and get serious when it comes to reputation management.
Of course, there are countless other ways to improve your SEO score, increase your conversions, and make genuine connections with your target market.
When you’re ready to learn more about how to make all that and more happen, keep checking back with our blog for the latest marketing tips and tricks you need.

Steve Jobs' amazing marketing strategy - MUST WATCH - Part 1

Want some great ideas on how to win at IT Marketing?  Read on.  This article is in 2 parts.  The article covers 3 tips today.  Come back for 2 more tips tomorrow.  Leave a comment below to let me know what you think of this article.

In It to Win It: Here’s 5 Things That Every IT Marketing Company Should Know to Be Successful – Part 1
As an IT marketing company, you know that how you connect with your customers online makes a huge difference.
You know that you need to come up with an effective marketing strategy, but you’re just not sure how to make that happen. After all, with so much competition out there, it can sometimes feel overwhelming.
Still, you know you have the quality of service and commitment to excellence in IT marketing that would make even the toughest and most demanding client happy.
In this post, we’re sharing some of the most effective IT marketing strategies that will help you to take your company where you’ve always dreamed it could go.
Read on to learn how to get the kind of attention you deserve, from the clients you’ve been waiting to work with.
1. Local Doesn’t Mean What It Used To
We know that you’ve worked hard to create a strong local marketing strategy for your IT company.
But, as with any technology marketing trend, location-based marketing is almost constantly in flux.
You may have heard of the concept of “hyperlocal marketing,” but you still have questions about what exactly that means.
As the name implies, hyperlocal marketing is about getting as specific as possible — we’re talking within a mile or so — of where a potential customer is currently located.
This means your keyword phrases will need a bit of a makeover. Instead of a keyword phrase like, “best IT services New York,” you need to switch to things like, “IT services upper west side” or “IT services near Empire State building.”
So, instead of referencing just your city or state in your location-based keyword phrases? Make sure that you focus on talking about the name of your street, your neighborhood, and even landmarks and tourist attractions within your service area.
Remember that, as consumers have more options when it comes to IT service providers, location plays a huge role in their final decision. They’re often looking for the company that’s closest to their company, which is what makes hyperlocal marketing so important.
You should also attempt to hyperlocalize your content.
For example, when you’re creating a blog post, why not do a write-up of a local IT conference, a volunteer cleanup day at a local park, or another community event?
You could even go live (more on that later) at a local music festival.
It’s not just about gaming the system when it comes to local SEO.
Hyperlocalization proves to your target market that you keep your finger on the pulse of what’s happening in your local community.
2. Offering a Variety of Services Is Key
Another important thing that you need to take into consideration when creating a solid IT marketing plan?
Make sure that you offer as many different services as you can.
After all, you want your market to know you can help them with social media, blogging and content creation, web design, and much more.
For example, Be Structured Technology Group offers lots of different solutions that use a variety of technology in marketing.
Follow their lead and offer services like email campaign management, cloud-based services, managed hosting, and of course, data backup.
The truth is that the more you can pitch yourself as a “one-stop-shopping” place for a business to get all of their IT needs taken care of, the more successful you’ll be.
Of course, you want to ensure that you’re only offering services that you have experience with, and the right people on staff to make it happen.
While your ultimate end goal should be to expand the types of services you offer to consumers, there’s absolutely nothing wrong by starting out serving a smaller niche market.
3. Take Your Reputation Management Seriously
You know that your company’s reputation can make or break your success in the IT marketing business.
The problem?
Right now, you feel like you don’t have any sort of a reputation at all! You need an effective way to get the word out to your target market about your services.
One of the best ways to make sure you’re building up a brand reputation is by claiming your listing on review sites and apps.
But especially if you’re a smaller and newer IT marketing company, a few bad reviews can cause serious damage to your reputation.
You need to make sure that you get out ahead of the bad press that a few unhappy customers can often bring.
One way to do just that?
Make sure that you read your company’s review page every day, or at least set up an alert that lets you know when someone has posted a new review to your page.
You need to respond to every review that you can, whether it’s positive or negative. Doing so proves to your market that you care about the satisfaction and opinions of your clients and that you’re always looking for ways to improve your business.
Of course, it’s important to keep your cool.
Never lash out or get defensive when it comes to negative reviews. Instead, thank them for the feedback, and let them know that you’re planning on following up with them in a private message.

The Truth About MLM And Network Marketing - Boss In The Bentley

Is there a secret to a high earning formula for Network Marketing?  Have you heard all sorts of promises before and want to know what to make of it?  There is no get rich quick solution but here is a lowdown to give you a few things to bear in mind if you are looking at MLM and Network Marketing.  Let me know what you think with a comment below.

The Network Marketing High Income Formula
By: Ed Forteau

Want to be a mega-earner in network marketing? You'll need these three qualities: Leadership, Innovation, and Commitment.

Network Marketing rewards its leaders handsomely. The leaders are the ones who are willing to hold conference calls, offer their homes for meetings, or become corporate trainers. Leaders help and teach others how to be successful (regardless if they are downline, crossline, or in another opportunity).

Leaders will always have a home in this industry, because every single company CEO, and every top producer, wants a leader in their organization.

Network Marketing rewards innovators handsomely. I remember when Dale Maloney (a leader in this industry for over 20 years) scared up a few dollars to buy a mailing list, some stamps, envelopes, and paper to send out some sales letters to recruit others into his opportunity. I was in the second wave of people to receive a letter written by Dale. Until then, no one thought of using direct mail to build an organization.

I remember the first national ads in the newspaper USA Today, the first toll-free recorded information lines, mailing audio tapes (even before Dead Doctors Don't Lie), email marketing, and flash presentation lead capture websites. The innovators who used these marketing breakthroughs made small fortunes.

The next innovation is just waiting to be brought to the market. History has shown that if you are innovative, you will be richly rewarded.

Network Marketing rewards commitment handsomely. If you plan on giving up after hearing no a couple of times, or if you feel you're done recruiting after you get your first couple of people in (like the average person), then quit now. The average person in this industry does not make money -- they lose money. Why? They are not committed to being successful. They are not willing to do whatever it takes. And being committed to doing whatever it takes is what is necessary to be successful in this industry.

There is no such thing as "Fast Money" in network marketing. Have you heard any of these? "No cold calling." "No selling." "Work a couple hours a week.." "Retire in two to three years." All Lies!

Lifetime residual income is not built over a few months. It takes years to build a retirement income. Hard work. Polished selling skills. Consistency. Persistence. You must be committed to these basic values to achieve success.

So pick your poison, or embrace all three. The qualities of leadership, innovation, and commitment are paramount to your success in network marketing and life.
